Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and a scrypt-hashed password (we never store plain passwords).
Payout data: bank name, 10-digit account number, account name, and optionally a PayPal email or mobile money number.
Activity data: points ledger entries, ad watch sessions with start/end timestamps, referral relationships and withdrawal requests.
Technical data: a hashed IP address, a locally generated device identifier and basic browser information, used only for fraud prevention.

To credit, verify and pay your rewards; to prevent duplicate accounts, bots and self-referrals.
To show your dashboard, points history and withdrawal status.
To send transactional messages such as payout confirmations and security alerts.
To improve task selection and detect abuse patterns in aggregate.

We use a single essential, httpOnly session cookie so you stay signed in for 30 days. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
A device identifier is stored in your browser's local storage to detect multiple accounts on one device. Clearing site data resets it.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Payout details are shared with the bank or payment processor needed to complete your withdrawal.
Advertisers only receive aggregated, anonymised campaign metrics — never your name, email or bank details.
We may disclose data where required by Nigerian law, a court order, or to protect members from fraud.

Account and payout records are kept while your account is open and for up to 5 years afterwards to meet financial record-keeping rules.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords use scrypt with a unique salt; IPs are stored as one-way hashes.
Access to production data is limited to authorised staff and logged for audit.

You can view and edit your profile, payout details and notification preferences at any time in Settings.
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@earnify.ng. Deletion forfeits unused points; approved payouts already in progress will still be completed.
Nigerian residents have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, including access, rectification, objection and erasure.

Earnify is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has an account we will close it and forfeit any points.
