Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to hold a Nigerian bank account or mobile wallet in your own name to use Earnify.
Accounts are for personal use only. Businesses, agencies and bot operators may not create member accounts.
By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is true and that the payout details belong to you.

One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or remain inactive for more than 12 months.
Points have no cash value until a withdrawal request is approved and paid. If an account is closed for breach, unused points are forfeited.

Points are earned from verified ad task completion (5 points per active ad task), qualified referrals (50 points each), and daily check-in streaks.
The conversion rate is 1,000 points = ₦100 (10 points = ₦1). We may change rewards, task availability or the conversion rate with notice on the dashboard.
Rewards are only credited after server-side validation. Any points credited in error may be reversed.

A referral becomes "qualified" when the person you invited verifies their email address and completes their first ad task. Only then is the 50-point reward credited to you.
Self-referrals, referrals from the same device or network, referrals using disposable emails, and paid sign-ups are prohibited and will be rejected.
We may withhold or claw back referral rewards where we reasonably believe the referral was created to abuse the programme.

You must watch the advertisement in full. The countdown starts on our servers; closing the tab, switching away, refreshing or skipping before the timer ends awards zero points.
Each task has a daily limit, and there is an overall daily cap on rewarded ad watches. Attempts to bypass these limits are treated as fraud.
Advertisers may pause or end campaigns at any time, which can change the number of tasks available to you.

The minimum withdrawal is 5,000 points (5,000 Naira). Only one request can be in progress at a time.
Requests are reviewed manually and typically paid within 24 – 72 hours after approval. Payout status moves from pending to approved to paid.
If we reject a request — for example because the account name does not match bank records — your points are refunded automatically and you are told why.
You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings in your jurisdiction. Earnify does not provide tax advice.

You must not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, auto-clickers, scripts or modified clients; create multiple accounts; buy or sell accounts; or fabricate ad engagement.
We detect abuse using device fingerprints, network signals, watch-session tokens and behavioural checks. Confirmed abuse results in flagging, forfeiture of points and permanent exclusion.
Flagged accounts cannot request withdrawals while under review. You may appeal by emailing support@earnify.ng with your referral code.

Earnify is a rewards platform — not a bank, loan app, investment scheme, betting site or employment offer. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on ad inventory and your activity.
Payout examples and testimonials shown on this site illustrate what active members have earned; they are not a promise of income.
Please set healthy limits. If watching ads is affecting your sleep, studies or work, take a break.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnify is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or delays caused by banks, payment processors or advertisers.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are announced on the dashboard and by email where available; continued use means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with Lagos State as the forum for disputes.
